Visual signal based smart coaching system
The device which also develops the cognitive, psychomotor and communication skills of the players was implemented by Our engineers in close cooperation with our Partners (Flying Objects designers, PCB Design electronics developers).
In the development process it was a big challenge to deal with misfired balls and tipping, which both the electronics and the injection-molded casing had to resist. The device can be fixed either to strong stands, or it can be hung on nets and walls with its two foldable aluminum hooks located on the back. The powerful LED panels are clearly visible even in direct sunlight. The control software is intuitive and follows the approach of functional design.
In 2022, the product won the world's most prestigious design award, the Red Dot Design Award in the Best of the Best category.
Development and production support of portable multimedia Wifi streamer
Our task was to design the product's casing elements, which had to be coordinated with an existing PCB prototype. During the product development of the house, the fastening of the electronic elements had to be formed, taking into account the assembly aspects of serial production.
In the framework of production support, we helped with the serial production of the device.
Porszívó aktív szívófej fejlesztés
Mérnökeink feladata az aktív szívófej teljes áttervezése volt, melynek indikátora az elektromos rendszer hálózati feszültségűre történő áttervezése volt. Így a szívófejbe is 230V-on működő villamos kismotor került, amely a forgókefét hajtja meg. Az egyszerűség elvének megtartása mellett, optimális megoldásként több kétkomponensű, összetett szerszámozású fröccsöntött alkatrészt terveztünk.
Bekapcsolódva a termék sorozatgyártásába, a szükséges készülékek fejlesztését is elvégeztük.

FEJLESZTÉSE
Mérnökeink a RÁBA megbízásából műanyagvázas autóbuszülés-családot terveztek.
Az üléscsalád komponensei helyközi és távolsági buszok üléseiből állt. A nagyméretű műanyag alkatrészek speciális gyártástechnológiája miatt a fejlesztés a gyártókkal szoros együttműködés keretében történt. A modulrendszerű felépítésnek köszönhetően nagyszámú variáció képezhető a gyártási költségek alacsony szinten tartása mellett.
Az első kiszállított mennyiséghez tartozó autóbusz-specifikus fémkonzolok tervezése is a feladat része volt.
