In the fields below we carry out necessary calculations at short notice, evaluate results and draw technological conclusions:

Structure analyses:
We undertake static examination of components and complex compositions. We defy appearing stress and deformation amount in structure, also forces appearing at part connections and fixations. Based on these we can decide stress related parts correspondence. Knowing the results if needed we elaborate development suggestions.
Fatigue life-span calculations:
Nowadays 60% of going out of service are consequences of frequent repetitive load inducted fatigue. Based on static finite point analysis for defined plausibility levels by considering cutout effects we carry out fatigue life span calculations.
Rigidity examination:
Rigidity of the building environment often affects the characteristics of the examined product. We carry out the rigidity calculations of the fixation points, we define force distortion characteristics than we use these as inputs for further calculations

Besides we undertake comparison analysis of structure rigidity.

Thermal calculations:
We undertake heat transfer heat flow and thermal radiation related thermal examination of assemblages.

We define temperature ranges, deformations and thermal strains caused by different temperature zones.

Stability loss examination:
Quick structure change that are not explicable with cross-section strains and its sharp decrease of strength we call stability loss. We define structure stability limits allowing for true material model, residual stresses, eccentric loads and imperfections.

In case of gear contacts, snap fits or bolting assemblies we can examine the load transfer of the contacting surfaces and we can calculate surface contact pressures.
Dinamical simulations:
We can carry out examination of mechanism movements that consists from flexible and rigid objects and simulations of high speed dynamic events (ex. drop tests). We define forces appearing in part connections and fixations and acceleration induced loads and tensions, shape alterations and deformations generated this way.
Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation (CFD):
In case of gear contacts, snap fits or bolting assemblies we can examine the load transfer of the contacting surfaces and we can calculate surface contact pressures.
