Mechanical engineering in 3D
We offer holistic solutions and execution of constructional tasks (from designing to standardized production) originated in different segments of mechanical engineering. We take into consideration users’ demands and product requirements along the continuous consultation process with our contractors in developing the adequate construction that can be flawlessly inserted in already existing systems.
The 3D designing systems used by us and our designing experience of many years facilitates the accurate and reliable workflow and helps in problem discovery and solution yet in the designing phase.
We can carry out occurring constructional modifications fast and efficient due to parametric modeling. For frameworks designed in 3D there is a possibility to be inspected before production with movement simulation (defining movement fields, collision examination) and virtual gearing.
The aim of the model building is the automated particle indexing and the correct constructional model structure. In compilations containing bigger or simpler kinetic movements we use the skeleton modeling technique.
During designing tasks by using existing configuration files and in accordance with constructional rules we make sure our models are created in the same modeling method and in the same environment as it was started at our contractors.
We successfully latch on to the workflow of designing sections thus eliminating their capacity problems.
Moreover we are dealing with documentation of existing technological databases or manufactured machines and devices. Based on the revised technological documentation we also carry out the necessary constructional modifications.
